Operations overview

A dedicated board and veneer manufacturer

Ganesh Furniture converts timber substrates into calibrated industrial boards. Our production covers veneer sheets, plywood, laminboard, particle board, and flush doors, supplied to manufacturers and building-trade buyers.

Our operations are focused on material production. We supply boards, panels, and sheet stock for downstream use, rather than finished retail goods. We also handle wood, cork, and straw plaiting materials within the same manufacturing scope.

Timber preparation

Grain orientation and press consistency

Incoming timber is prepared and sorted before it enters the line. Grain orientation is set deliberately for each panel type so that surfaces, edges, and core layers perform predictably across a run.

Press settings are held consistent from batch to batch, so commercial panels arrive with uniform thickness and surface character suited to repeat sourcing.

Supply standards

From raw material to dimensional release

01

Raw material grading

Timber and veneer stock is graded on arrival, with unsuitable material set aside before processing begins.

02

Pressing protocols

Bonding and pressing follow set parameters for each board type, keeping the panel structure consistent across the run.

03

Dimensional inspection

Finished boards and panels are checked for size and thickness before release, so trade clients receive stock they can plan around.
